PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST
Mondays, Wednesday, & Fridays - 4:30pm to 8:00pm
Education:
High School graduate with ability to type, use computer and have knowledge of office procedure.
Qualifications:
Physically, mentally and emotionally healthy, having good moral character and will pass the facility’s medical examination, consistent with job description. Receptionist must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families and co-workers. Receptionist must also maintain good grooming and appearance.
Duties:
- Will maintain confidentiality of the medical records of all residents.
- Receives all visitors, operates switchboard.
- Answer phone messages and transfer calls.
- Give facility tours, give out facility information and acquire information from potential Residents and families.
- Assist admissions with phone calls and maintaining marketing materials.
- Delivers mail and distributes newspaper subscriptions.
- Performs reference checks and employment verification on applicants.
- Provides residents and resident families with exceptional customer service.
- Performs duties as assigned by Marketing/Admissions Coordinator.
- Performs duties as assigned by Administration.
