About Us – For People, Not for Profit
Our one-of-a-kind, nonprofit community is open to people of all backgrounds and faiths. For over 30 years, our mission has been focused on supporting our residents’ independence, health, safety, and happiness. At Heritage Pointe, residents enjoy a worry-free lifestyle, a variety of services and amenities, spacious living accommodations and on-site healthcare. We are also passionate about fostering a sense of teamwork and community among all of staff so that we can better serve each other and our residents.
What We Are Looking For...
- A person-centered customer service representative: Since you will be interfacing with residents, their families, and other medical professionals on a daily basis, you will be representing our company, our values, and our care for people within our community – and thus will have a direct impact on our reputation as a company.
- An invested leader: We are looking for someone willing to create and maintain a positive work environment in a department of 30 to 40 employees that is based on individual respect, responsibility, and personal and professional growth. At the end of the day, we are selling care and interpersonal relationships – not just medical services.
- A competent medical professional: We need someone with experience in assessing aging adults, and that can offer sound medical guidance to our LVNs, med techs, and caregivers. We will need to teach and/or advise on the basics of pharmacology; proper body mechanics; infection control and BBP; wound care; and how to operate oxygen tanks and other medical equipment.
