The Digital Adoption Specialist (DAS) is a pivotal role in our company’s digital transformation. As we roll out internal and customer-facing tools such as our eCommerce customer portal, you will be the glue that holds our customers and employees together through the transformation. The primary duties of the DAS role include: Customer and Employee Feedback, Guiding Enhancements (20%) Collect and report employee and customer feedback and suggestions Work with innovation team to guide product updates and enhancements Rollout, Training, and Adoption (60%) Execute key initiatives to drive adoption of digital tools and features Train customers and employees on how to use tools to benefit them in their daily work lives Attend and host live and virtual events to drive engagement with tools Servicing Users (20%) Respond to inquiries regarding usage from employees and customers You will be a great fit for the DAS team if you possess the following qualities: Strong listening, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to troubleshoot issues or identify user error with technology Ability to prioritize, organize, and follow up on tasks Patience with working with non-technical partners Creative problem-solving skills Enjoy traveling to events, customers, and our branch locations (up to 50% travel) Sales mindset (rather than selling products, you sell the benefits of our tools to existing customers and internal employees) Prior experience working in the pool industry #LI-SA1 Not the right job for you?
