What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance/handyman position at Heritage Realty?
Perform minor repairs on residential properties such as painting, changing locks, changing appliances, changing light fixtures, replacing trim, etc.
This position is an hourly paid, independent contractor position (1099).
