Greetings! We are a small business with over 30 years’ experience that is seeking the right person(s) to train in all aspects of custom wood craftsmanship. Custom woodwork is all about talking things through, so we can make sure it will be done in a correct manner the first time. This could also be considered an entry-level position if you are looking to switch profession.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Valid Driver’s License

· Must be a self-starter

· Must be flexible

· Must be a responsible person

· Must be trustworthy

· Must be dependable

· Passion and creativity

· Attention to detail

· Easy going personality

· Must observe STRICT safety practices in shop

· Calm by nature

· Able to listen and follow instructions

· Heavy lifting from time to time, we try to use lifting equipment as much as possible.

· General cleaning and maintenance inside and outside the shop

DISQUALIFICATIONS:

· Drug Users

· Alcoholics

· Dishonesty

· Frequently missing work

What we offer:

· 25-32K Annually (performance and growth increases)

· Paid to learn a new trade

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Direct deposit every 2nd week

The first 90 days will determine if applicant will be hired permanently.

Safety is the most important part of working with machines, therefor we do not allow any personnel cell phones during work hours, during the first 90 days, due to possible distraction.

Applicant must be calm by nature; custom design orders can be very difficult at times. So, if you easily get frustrated this might not be for you.
