Job Description:
As a Business Development Representative at Hernandez Home Remodeling, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients for our remodeling services. You will utilize a variety of sales techniques, including door-to-door sales, cold calling, social media outreach, and leveraging LinkedIn to prospect and engage potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales activities within designated residential areas to generate leads and schedule appointments for consultations.
- Make cold calls to prospective clients to introduce Hernandez Home Remodeling's services and schedule appointments with decision-makers.
- Utilize social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to create awareness of our services and engage with potential clients.
- Utilize LinkedIn to connect with homeowners, real estate agents, property managers, and other professionals to identify opportunities for collaboration and client referrals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospecting activities, client interactions, and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies, share insights, and optimize the sales process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning.
- Represent Hernandez Home Remodeling professionally at networking events, trade shows, and community gatherings to expand the company's presence and build relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home remodeling or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively close deals and overcome objections.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for door-to-door sales activities.
