Junior Associate Attorney

Junior Associate Attorney, First Year Attorney included, wanted to join our litigation and transaction law firm. Salary range between $85,000 to $105,000 , plus insurance, PTO, 401k, and other benefits. As a growing firm, we seek attorneys with a drive to provide excellent legal representation with diligence and professionalism.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate Attorney to join our legal team particularly with the civil litigation work. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal support and assistance on the litigation matters and provide work to senior attorneys involving commercial and business disputes. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to gain valuable experience and grow their legal career.

Duties:
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw
- Assist with drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and memorandum of law
- Review and analyze legal documents for arguments and case strategy
- Participate in client meetings and assist with case management
- Assist with negotiations and settlement discussions
- Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case management

Qualifications Needed:
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents
- Strong desire to learn and provide exceptional work product
