**Overview:**
We are looking for a Professional Office Administrator to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment in a professional manner, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, and communication. This is a fast pace, multitask position that has to have someone with energy and attention to detail.
**Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the point person for office administrative duties including: maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Provide general support to clients and staff
- Filing and various form completions
- Make daily bank deposits and run errands
- Entering Time & Billing information
- Assembling tax returns and financial statements
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator a plus
- Proficiency in phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and Word)
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- High School degree; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
