Job Posting for Associate Attorney at Herrera Law Group
Herrera Law Group is seeking a recent or upcoming graduate to fill an Associate Attorney position in our Rogers office. Fluency in Spanish is preferred, but candidates willing to learn Spanish should also apply. The successful candidate will gain experience in criminal, immigration, family, and some civil areas of practice.
Qualifications: Arkansas law license by September 2024 and Spanish-speaking or willing to learn Spanish.
Duties: Handle court appearances; draft pleadings, discovery responses, motions, briefs, orders, and other documents; conduct legal research; review discovery in criminal matters; conduct client and witness interviews; assist with immigration matters before USCIS and EOIR; and other duties as needed.
