Job profile:
- Responsible for managing and further development of the Finance & Controlling department at Herrmann Ultrasonics
- Identifying KPIs in alliance with the global headquarters in Germany
- Minimizing company risks by executing regular controlling audits and ensuring that legal risks are addressed
- Controlling of payment transactions and liquidity management
- Expansion of strategic and operational controlling with a focus on profit, order, cash flow, investment, sales, materials management and project controlling
- Acting as a role model and inspiring leader for the Finance & Controlling team, while providing personal leadership support as needed
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Finance & Controlling
- Two years of leadership experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent experience
- Preferably experienced in the capital equipment market
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in EXCEL
- In dept knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
- Excellent problem solving skills and mentoring mentality
