This position will be responsible for coordinating with individual project teams and creating overall project schedule, cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting of projects and project related activities. Duties And Responsibilities

- Manage project schedule and estimates with the Product Owners.
- Create, update and communicate comprehensive overall concurrent multi-project schedule.
- Ensure real-time access to status, cost, and risk information for the teams and the business.
- Provide data through Key Performance Indicators as it relates to the business process, plans and deliverables.
- Generate and publish reports and dashboards utilizing PowerBI, power query and data analysis methods to keep stake holders and leadership informed.
- Support project teams with required data and analysis to support accurate product / project reporting and decision making.
- Support finance with data and project backup information required to accurately post invoices for internal / external customers.
- Create and maintain job codes in required business systems.
- Create, maintain and audit business processes.
- Create tools, worksheets and methods for constant efficiency and accuracy improvement with the team.
- Regular and consistent engagement, participation and promotion of Herzog’s Culture and its essential behaviors are a requirement for this position.
- Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are a requirement for this position.

- College degree preferred
- Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in business, project/ program management and finance.
- Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Superior managerial and diplomacy skills.
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project and related software.
- Proficiency in MS Project, PowerBI and Power Query highly desired.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data organization and visualization.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication ability.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- In depth understanding of diverse computer systems, software and networks.
- Understanding of software development processes and agile/scrum as it relates to projects.
