Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, including collection, subrogation and eviction matters. This opportunity offers immediate hand-on courtroom experience, including the opportunity to travel to various courthouses throughout the state.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in Wisconsin
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in legal drafting and document preparation
- Ability to negotiate effectively and advocate for clients' interests
- Experience in collections, subrogation or litigation is preferred but not required
