Technical Writer

This role has been designed as ‘’Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, reference manuals, API documentation, and release notes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and quality assurance, to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation for a variety of audiences.

• Ensure documentation adheres to company standards and guidelines for style, formatting, and branding.

• Integrate graphics and illustrations to improve the quality and usability of the documentation.

• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.

Education and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or related field.

• 6 years of experience in technical writing or information development, preferably in the software industry.

• Strong writing and editing skills with keen attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

• ITOM domain knowledge is a plus

• Experience in writing API documentation on test scripting, and testing methodologies is a plus.

USD Annual Salary: $69,100.00 - $158,900.00
