Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Life Sciences Recruiter to lead end to end full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to closing. You’ll partner as an advisor to a diverse group of hiring managers in developing strategies to identify, attract, and hire top talent to help us drive our mission forward. In this role, you will coach hiring managers, organize hiring teams and develop best practices while recruiting amazing people at Hexagon!

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with hiring managers across multiple functional areas to devise a hiring plan and strategy to hire top talent
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process, building strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates
- Guide hiring teams to provide a positive candidate experience
- Identify methods to source candidates, build talent pipelines and take action on research and referrals
- Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making process with hiring managers and their interview teams
- Track metrics to share with internal stakeholders
- Partner with HR Business Partner and hiring manager on the offer process
- Continually improve hiring processes and candidate experience
- Support Hexagon Diversity & Inclusion efforts
- Use both digital platforms to develop & execute sourcing strategies, build robust candidate pipelines, and develop relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of industry recruiting experience required
- 5-7 years of Life Sciences recruiting experience within a highly technical organization
- Ability to proactively source and attract top passive talent in the industry through multiple methods and channels
- Demonstrated expertise in partnering cross-functionally to drive consensus decisionsFlexibility to support needs across multiple functional areas of the organization
- Excellent interviewing skills with ability to screen for both role fit and culture add
- Extensive biotech industry knowledge with ability to identify target sources for top industry-related talent
- Strong consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, as well as externally
- Ability to work autonomously
- Knowledge of relevant employment law considerations in hiring desired
- The role is open for remote work options with a preference for hybrid between local office in Menlo Park and home
