Completion Bonus: Facility would like to offer a $##,000 completion bonus to the traveler after 16-weeks. -Terms: 576 hours in a 16-week period with no more than 2 call offs or tardies. All Documentation must be completed in a timely manner and satisfactory.

Outpatient Experience Is Preferred.
Will accept New Grads? Yes
Will accept First Time Travelers? Yes
Float to other clinics: No
Patient Population: Orthopedic
36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
