Job Description:
We are looking for a self-starter Field Service Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- We are looking for a candidate with IT entry-level experience.
- Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of senior technicians required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required, English Literacy
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or Relevant technical certification or associate degree preferred.
