We are looking for candidates with previous recruiting/staffing experience, lots of energy, fun personalities, and positive attitudes. Exceptional communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and being self-motivated and adaptive is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Screen tutors, manage onboarding documents, and match tutors to schools
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal team members and with school district contacts
Requirements:
- 1 year of proven recruiting/staffing experience
- Detail-oriented, team player, self-motived
- Adaptive to the fast-paced start-up environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Tech-savvy
Schedule:
This is an onsite position, Monday-Friday. 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
