Handsfree Automation is a leading global Service management company with assets of more than $5 million, over 200 employees and operations in different countries around the world and the headquarters in Coral Gables, Florida. It operates across three main business segments in Assets, including Real Estate, Logistics and Transportation and eCommerce Automation.

 

The Handsfree Automation Service Management Company business is focused on helping clients’ achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised in Airbnb, Corporate Leasing, Venue Rentals, Commercial, Timesharing, Trucking, Boat and Plane Transportation, Shopify, Amazon, Facebook and Branding Automation. The combined business has $5 million in assets under management and 200 employees who work out of 3 different countries and offices.

 

Position

 

The Supervision Executive President is a visible senior leader, responsible for leading the strategy, team and employees day-to-day and strategic decision making for the entire Handsfree Automation Service Management company.

 

The leader must have a track record of excelling in complex, cross-functional organizational models and have a demonstrated track record of effectively communicating and influencing people, progress, and outcomes across business units. The leader must be pragmatic, have strong problem-solving and decisive decision-making skills, and be maniacally focused on people development of critical professional skills including communication, storytelling with data, influence, problem solving, and how to take thoughts through to execution in a effective and timely manner.

 

Any successful candidate truly enjoys problem solving, collaboration, people development, and driving accountability, continuous process improvement, and scale-based thinking.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the firm's Supervisory Framework and ongoing enhancements to its models supporting the Service Management business, and every division in our company which includes Real Estate, Logistics and eCommerce.
  • Lead a large scale organization and develop people strategies, build culture and design an organization to align with business growth.
  • Drive enhancement and implementation of automated solutions for the supervisory team to better perform their delegated supervisory duties with consistency across a large scale, global team of registered principals.
  • Key driver for high priority initiatives working across multiple stakeholders and various business functions and with a high level of organizational impact.
  • Builds trust and rapport through all interactions to deliver the right outcomes for the business
  • Responsible for the oversight and ongoing training of supervisory principals and additional staff.
  • Development and implementation of sales practice concerns.
  • Maintain and continue to enhance the firm's Supervisory Framework through automation and the use of Artificial Intelligence.
  • Establish Sales Practice focused on risks identified through the review of patterns and trends.
  • Responsible for oversight and maintenance of risk metrics to assess the overall health of the business.
  • Present on significant meetings with division managers, and partners if necessary for business and organizational initiatives
  • Engage with Regulators, Sales Team, Partners on behalf of Supervision and the business.
  • Take initiative to ideas, strategies and goals to grow the company consistently
  • Host daily meetings with the teams in all divisions to discuss daily/weekly goals, and keep the team accountable
  • Drive GROWTH to the entire company
  • Oversea softwares

Qualifications

  • Senior leader with 5 years of proven experience leading a Supervisory, Risk or Compliance, Management based function and coaching and managing people, projects, and process, in a Service management focused environment
  • Strong, proven leadership skills across large scale organizations
  • Strong track record of building and retaining high performing teams
  • Strategic thinker with a with solution-focused mindset
  • Ability to drive results, lead with tenacity and influence outcomes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast- paced environment; adaptive to change
  • Strong communications abilities calibrated to a variety of audiences (team, business partners, regulators)
  • Strong data fluency skills, leveraging data for decisioning and informing
  • Deep understanding of competitors, the industry and the markets
  • Working knowledge of how to implement software and AI technologies as much as possible for this company
  • Experience engaging with division managers
  • Ability to effectively partner with business representatives and the firm's Legal organizations
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized with excellent follow-through and accountability
  • Bachelor's degree voluntary
  • Ability to lead the entire team
  • Must be an out-of-the-box thinker who can drive GROWTH
  • Knowledge in software
