What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Cook position at HG External?
The Lead Cook’s primary objective is the preparation of food items to ensure high standard of quality and quantity to meet the needs of the residents. You would be handling food in accordance with sanitary standards and recognized food preparation standards.
To be successful in the role, you would have:
- Prior culinary, food service, or restaurant experience
- Food Handler’s certification
- ServSafe certification (preferred
- Ability to delegate and lead
Shift: Full-Time, $22.26/ hour
