Position: Temporary PC Support Specialist
Location: Scottsville/Franklin
Hours: Flexibility involved, 20-40 hours per week. (40 preferred)
7:00 am- 3:00 pm *(with flexibility after training)*
Experience/Requirements Needed: Associate’s Degree with at least one IT related certification and one year experience. Microsoft Office and Windows 10 Technical Proficiency is required.
Basic Purpose: To help with the support of desktop/laptop setup, deployments, as well as basic end user hardware/software support. In addition, will provide low-level systems support and end-user support.
Basic Position Duties:
*Desktop/Laptop computer deployment and troubleshooting.
*Performs installation and troubleshooting of software including Microsoft Office.
*Performs tasks upon direction of local site technician and/or helpdesk.
*Assists with basic network connectivity and troubleshooting
*Assists with basic computer inventory and tracking as well as receiving computer related materials.
*Other duties may be assigned as well.
