HH Properties is seeking a reliable and skilled subcontractor handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a range of handyman skills and be able to work independently.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in painting
- Experienced in cleaning
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, wiring, and drywall repair
- HVAC experience is a plus
Requirements:
- Must pass a background check
- Availability for 30 to 50 hours per week
Compensation:
- Pay rate: $20 to $25 per hour
