Job Description: To succeed as a delivery driver/order fulfillment processor, you should be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our clients with an excellent experience. You should be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to working safely, and passionate about satisfying clients. S/He is detail oriented and can follow a map with directions for a route. Candidate should have a clean driving record and be able to count back change and give the client a great one on one delivery experience. S/He should be able use Leaf Logix, Carrot and other POS systems to complete the transaction. Metrc experience is a plus.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Loading, transporting, and delivering cannabis and accessories to clients in a safe, timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Accepting payments for delivered items and providing change.
• Scanning ID and ensuring that the customer is in fact the person who ordered the product.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
• Accurately and efficiently preparing online orders for home delivery, curbside pickup, and locker pickup
• Following strict compliance requirements required to complete home deliveries, including correct completion and filing of manifest and paperwork.
• Cash and payment processing, strong cash handling skills
• Cleaning and sanitization of company delivery vehicles
• Active coordination and communication with customers to ensure the safe and successful completion of each delivery
• Impeccable customer service skills

Requirements:

• Must be 21 or over
• Clean driving record going back 5 years
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to bend, lift, stoop and lift up to 20 pounds
• Individuals must be self-sufficient and possess the self-management skills to create your routes, prepare you deliveries, and see your orders to completion
• Process and personnel management, professionalism, team problem solving, delivery experience
• Sales and management experience
• Past experience in cannabis preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of products and Nevada cannabis laws.
• Computer literacy
• Ability to read and follow map directions
• Competency in or ability to gain competency in POS Veriscan system
• Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills, positive and cheerful attitude, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Must be reliable, honest, responsible, and mature with a strong work ethic.
• Clean and well organized
• Successful completion of a thorough personal reference check and background check from the CCB. Note that any applicant with a violent felony or drug-related offense (Conclusion of sentence, probation, and/or incarceration within the past 10 years) is not eligible to become a dispensary agent.

Job description

Tree of Life Delivery Driver needs to provide exceptional customer service to recreational users by delivering cannabis products directly to them from our shop.

We provide vehicles that is licensed and insured. This position will require up to 40 hours per week. The shifts will vary.

Required items are:

NV Dispensary Agent Card • NV Driver's License • Great driving record • Good communication skills for working with customers • Ability to follow instructions, including strict adherence to cannabis compliance regulations • Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week. Drivers are required to: • Dress in Tree of Life provided attire • Speak Politely with Customers • Represent Tree of Life Dispensary with customers • Always Maintain Compliance & Safety Standards. As a driver, you are the face of Tree of Life Dispensary, and an important part of our relationships with both customers. You will work with great people and bring products to many grateful patients and consumers. We provide: • A state inspected vehicle to use while working - Training and support from our team • Customers that will be happy to see you each day!

Job Type: •Drivers have the option to wear Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). High school or equivalent (Preferred) License/Certification: • Nevada Cannabis Dispensary Agent Card (Required) • Nevada Driver's License (Required) Local Sherrif's card will be needed upon hiring. Work Location: One location NLV or CLV when you are hired at location.
