Eskenazi Health serves as the public hospital division of the Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County. Physicians provide a comprehensive range of primary and specialty care services at the 327-bed hospital and outpatient facilities both on and off of the Eskenazi Health downtown campus as well as at 10 Eskenazi Health Center sites located throughout Indianapolis.

Job Role Summary
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Develops and documents programming standards and procedures
- Works with end users to gather requirements and to get a full understanding of user requests
- Works with technical team on problem analysis and issue resolution
- Designs, develops and tests documents
- Implements SAP WRICEF solutions
- Communicates with other Information Services staff and management regarding all technical aspects of data resources
- Documents system specific processes and operational concerns as directed by management
- Contributes to activities that support development across all SAP modules; participates in system support meetings including status meetings within IS and with business owners
- Coordinates programming requests, report generation and training needs; serves as liaison with other departments, vendors, and consultants
- Identifies system logic; analyzes and debugs system problems, queries and reports
- Evaluates performance of technical objects and tunes objects for better performance
- Prepares and submits regular status reports to the SAP Manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or Public Administration or a related field
- Five years of experience in a similar role supporting a large ERP system is preferred and may be accepted in lieu of a bachelor's degree
- Hands on experience with at least one full life cycle ERP implementation, or enhancing an ERP system
- Experience configuring materials management touch points with other modules, including FI/CO and AP
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Working knowledge of business processes including accounts payable, inventory management and others related to materials management, and the technology that supports these processes
- Ability to drive business requirements and business process design sessions; ability to work with the business units of a medium to large healthcare organization
- Knowledge of all areas of materials management including procurement inventory management, case cart, cycle counts, and knowledge of EDI
- Technical knowledge for fine tuning, debugging and applying OSS notes
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to solve problems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environment

Salary : $83,200 - $105,000
