HHHunt's Foxridge Apartments is seeking a highly motivated, conscientious and task oriented person for the position of Groundskeeper for a multi-family apartment living community. It is HHHunt’s mission to improve the world and how people live by creating meaningful experiences and places of great distinction. Responsibilities
- Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lot and other community buildings.
- Responsible for mowing, weed eating, mulching, trimming, planting shrubs and flowers, and watering.
- Remove all trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.
- Assist in the preparation of make ready units, including but not limited to removing trash from vacant apartments.
- Represent the community in a professional manner at all times on/off the property.
- Other tasks as assigned
