Director of Talent Training and Development (EVS and Patient Transportation)
Work alongside executive leadership to develop and deliver EVS and Patient Transportation training programs that support the promotion and development of leaders within the organization. Build development plans and training experiences that enable leaders to advance their careers with HHS.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are engaging, relevant, and effective
- Work closely with executive leadership to identify managers for development and deliver learning experiences that support individual and company growth
- Build and execute development plans for managers and executive leaders
- Conduct training sessions for employees using various methods such as classroom instruction, virtual training, and on-the-job coaching.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and metrics.
- Develop and manage the training budget, including cost analysis and resource allocation.
- Ensure training programs comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Leadership: Ability to lead and manage a team of trainers and instructional designers.

- Technology Skills: Proficiency in using training technology and tools, such as learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms.

Requirements
- 2 years managing salaried and hourly employees
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software
- A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Enthusiasm for Training and Development
Not Required But a Big Plus
- Experience in Talent Development
- Experience in the service industry
- Experience coaching or developing leaders
- Bilingual in Spanish
