Hi-Rise Bread Co. is seeking an Office Manager! The Office Manager handles many daily office functions: data entry, paperwork management and recordkeeping, and general office to-dos. The Office Manager is a part-time position working between 18-24 hours per week. Job responsibilities may include:
- Quickbooks data entry: A/P, A/R, daily sales, and other entries
- Human resources: paperwork and employee file management
- Inventory and Invoice Management: paper goods inventory
- Miscellaneous Office Projects: IT support and other projects as assigned
While a long history of comparable experience is not required, the ideal candidate will have some experience performing basic bookkeeping functions in a small business setting. Service industry professionals who have no comparable experience but are interested in the business side of the industry are encouraged to apply.
