We are seeking a Special Services Assistant Manager in the Lansing and surrounding area to support our growing company! Our highly valued custodial team is the foundation of our company and make a tremendous impact for our Hi-Tec clients.

The ideal candidate will possess

• Proven floor care experience (Burnishing,stripping,waxing and carpet care)
• Valid Driver's license and valid insurance
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Will be Flexible (days, evenings, and on call emergencies)
• Must pass background check, Fingerprinting, Drug screen and motor vehicle report

Essential Functions

• Facilitate good relationships with the client, employee and other Hi-Tec Building Services support staff.
• Support and assist Senior Operations Manager
• Respond to customer requests with lightning speed.
• Provide motivational leadership and always remain available to your team.
• Execute daily communication and directives from Sr. Operations and General Manager
• Attend Customer/Management meetings as requested.
• Drive to multiple Facilities daily within account territory
• Occasionally cover cleaning services to support employees.
• Report to Operations Manager daily
• Be able to complete routine, specialized, and emergency services at multiple client sites with various hours
• Have the ability to adapt to an ever changing schedule

Tasks

• Utilize floor care equipment
• Strip and wax for various floor types
• Clean and extract carpets
• Power washing and deep scrubs
• Perform housekeeping duties when needed
• Wash windows
• Detail cleaning
• Other duties as needed

What it takes to be a Special Services Assistant:

· Must be at least 18 years of age

· Must pass a background Check, fingerprinting, Drug screen and Motor vehicle report · Reliable attendance, and transportation · Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 40-50lbs · Understanding and executing verbal and written instructions
