We are currently seeking the right candidate to fill our 2021 Seasonal Sales Associate Position at Elmore Market Place in Davenport, IA. This is a 2-month commitment (Nov. - Dec.) and is a temporary position with part-time and full-time hours.

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will;

• Create a friendly and inviting customer-first atmosphere
• Achieve sales plans, maintain operational controls and customer metrics
• Implement all Hickory Farms’ retail selling strategies, guidelines and adhere to plan-a-gram for merchandising

• Ensure all cash handling controls are in place and adhered too
• Follow company policies and procedures and all other duties as assigned

What We Need from You

• Successful sales experience
• Strong successful background in retail sales
• Team player with a passion for people
• Ability to work retail shopping hours from October 2021 through January 2022; Sundays 12-5 (non-holiday hours)
• Able to work under pressure and react quickly to a fast-past seasonal retail business
• Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

• Constant walking and standing, frequent bending, kneeling and reaching
• Must be able to communicate in English effectively through speech and writing
• Consistently lift 25-50 lbs.; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. with the ability to push or pull more than 50 lbs.
