We are currently seeking a Seasonal Store Manager to manage our holiday store at Polaris Town Center. As a Seasonal Store Manager, you will lead a sales team, meet sales goals, train and coach, merchandise, schedule labor within provided labor budgets, perform store and banking operations, follow company policies and procedures and all other duties as assigned.

What We Need from You

· Successful sales experience

· Strong successful background in retail sales management

· Team player and motivator with a passion for people

· Ability to work retail shopping hours from November 2022 through December 2022.

· Able to work under pressure and react quickly to a fast-past seasonal retail business

· Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

· Constant walking and standing, frequent bending, kneeling and reaching

· Must be able to communicate in English effectively through speech and writing

· Consistently lift 25-50 lbs; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs with the ability to push or pull more than 50 lbs.
