What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grinder position at High Bar Brands?
The Grinder Operator is a great entry point to the production jobs that we have as it allows you to see the majority of the parts that are produced at this facility.
We will train you how to use various grinders to grind and smooth castings. The job requires you to work independently but to work together as a team to complete the parts required for the order.
The work is performed while standing at a bench, performing repetitive tasks. We do require gloves, eye, and ear protection provided by the company.
We have a clean and safe working environment.
Business is good that we have been working up to 5 hours of overtime. The 8 hour schedule is day shift and it is 5:45am to 2:15pm Monday - Friday. Insurance begins the first day of the month following date of hire. 401k participation after 30 days.
$250 sign on bonus to join the team, payable after 30 work days.
