High Road Edibles is a forward-thinking cannabis edibles wholesaler based in Missoula, Montana. We’re dedicated to providing high-quality products to our dispensary partners across the state and are looking for a passionate and driven Account Manager/Brand Ambassador to join our team and work closely with our retailers.

Job Summary: The Account Manager/Brand Ambassador will be responsible for managing and nurturing ongoing relationships with dispensary partners to ensure their satisfaction and to promote retention and growth. This role also involves regular travel across Montana, representing High Road at events, and ensuring our retail partners are well-equipped to sell our products.

You’re an ideal candidate for this role if you are a proactive communicator who excels at building strong relationships and possess a natural understanding of business.

Responsibilities

Retailer Account Management:

  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing retailers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with current retailers to address any needs or concerns.

Event Representation:

  • Represent High Road at industry events, trade shows, and retail pop-up events.
  • Distribute educational and promotional materials at events and to retail partners.
  • Coordinate and execute product demonstrations and sampling events to boost brand awareness and sales.

Support & Training:

  • Ensure new dispensary partners have all the necessary tools and information to effectively sell High Road products.
  • Provide training and support to retailers on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Travel:

  • Travel across Montana for up to ~2-3 days per week to meet with accounts, deliver orders, help with merchandising, attend events, and build relationships with new business opportunities as directed by COO.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate travel and event attendance.

  • Proficient in using various software and technology platforms, such as Gmail, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and similar programs.
  • Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies quickly.

Attention to Detail:

  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in managing client accounts and event coordination (supported by Marketing).
  • Ensure all promotional materials and product information are accurate and up to date.
  • Manage marketing material inventory with support of inventory manager.

Industry Connections:

  • Build and maintain strong connections within the cannabis industry to enhance High Road's reputation and reach.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to the executive team.

Communication Skills:

  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effectively convey product benefits to customers and at events.

Self-Motivation & Initiative:

  • Be a proactive self-starter who can work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrate initiative in seeking out new sales opportunities and improving client relationships.

Flexibility & Adaptability:

  • Adapt to changing schedules and priorities, particularly in relation to travel and event attendance.
  • Show flexibility in meeting the needs of customers and the company.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in relationship management, marketing, or a related business field.
  • Knowledge of the Montana cannabis market is preferred.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Passion for High Road's products.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record. Occasional use of a personal vehicle may be required, with mileage reimbursement provided at standard rates.

Compensation: Salary is DOE, starting at $45,000. We offer quarterly bonuses and annual performance reviews.
