Responsibilities:
Delivers exceptional customer service.
Supervise the day-to-day tasks of all team members and operation.
Following all food processes and procedures, while maintaining high food quality.
Lead & direct all matters related to recruiting, training, coaching and performance management.

Minimum Knowledge. Skills and Abilities:
Required high school diploma or equivalent preferred
2 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced retail, food service or fuel environment.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Proficient in computer literacy.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Strong commitment to teamwork and being a servant leader.
Working Conditions:
Retail environment with occasional exposure to unpleasant working conditions.
Spends most of your time standing with frequent bending and lifting up to 50lbs.
Employees may be expected to come to work and maintain full store operations in all weather conditions, unless closure of the store is ordered by the company.
Salary : $40,700 - $51,500
