Position : Flooring Account Specialist
Responsibilities :
- Read selection sheets and accurately enter orders into our computer system, "RFMS."
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and effectively communicate the features and benefits to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and operations, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, or installations.
Requirements :
- High attention to detail and ability to accurately process and manage order information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, builders, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in computer systems. RFMS experience is a big plus!
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Prior experience in the flooring industry or similar role is a plus.
