Job Title: Front Desk Assistant

Reports To: Office Manager
Pay: $12-$15 Based On Experience
Operating Hours: Monday through Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM
High Tide Aviation is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Front Desk Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidates will be a problem solver with excellent written and oral communication skills, and an ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Essential Tasks:
- Scheduling: Manage and coordinate schedules for aviation services, ensuring efficient time management and resource allocation.
- Customer Check-In: Check in customers promptly and accurately, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth experience.
- Greeting Customers: Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
- Answering Phones: Handle incoming calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Communications: Maintain effective communication with customers and staff, ensuring clarity and responsiveness.
- Responding to Inquiries: Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Responding to Voicemails: Check and respond to voicemails in a timely manner, ensuring all messages are addressed.
- Office Cleaning: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including common areas and the front desk.
- Open and Close the Office: Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring the office is secure and ready for the day’s operations.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role (preferred).
- No aviation experience required. Willing to train enthusiastic learners.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
