My client, a Miami-based financial services executive search firm are on the lookout to add multiple consultants into their division.

This firm have achieved exponential growth over the last 4 years. Theyโre specialists in placing sell-side professionals into the buy-side so youโll be working with the likes of tier-1 hedge funds, prop trading firms, high frequency trading firms etc. Hence, why the average fees come in north of $90,000
The Partner of this firm recently moved to Miami this year and has already generated over $1 million revenue to date, and is looking to bring people in to leverage off the work and client base that they have developed and maintained over the last decade. Youโll inherit an expansive client base and extensive candidate database along with live roles to work on from day 1.
My client will consider candidates from other locations across the US who are looking to relocate to Miami
