What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restoration EMS Director position at Highland Construction?
Highland Construction and Restoration is a family owned and operated Restoration Company serving Southeastern North Carolina since 1981. Highland’s success was born of our founders’ skill and ability to get the job done right. It impressed the first Insurance Adjuster we ever worked with back in 1981 so much, he just kept right on giving us more and more claims. Highland expertise is in guiding homeowners and businesses through the restoration process and rebuilding/repairing their property. Areas of specific expertise include fire, smoke, water, wind and storm damage repair, and mold remediation. Commercial and residential remodeling are also offered.
Highland is in need of an experienced EMS Director for the Wilmington, NC market.
This position is full-time with benefits and incentives.
EMS Director : Supports company operations by overseeing the emergency services, mitigation and ensuring timely and quality services are provided.
• Coordinates with Project Managers to schedule jobsite deliveries and pickups.
• Accomplishes EMS projects by defining purpose and scope, calculating
resources required, scheduling and coordinating staff, and monitoring projects
until completed.
• Communicates with customers on EMS projects, to include obtaining
required deductible payments and work authorizations.
• Prepares and uploads EMS estimates into XactAnalysis.
• Participates personally in on-site work, to include pack-outs, pack-ins, board-ups, tarp-
ups, and water mitigation.
• Maintains cleaning, proper storage and inventory tracking of all equipment.
• Participates in daily production meetings.
• Participates in weekly process meeting to review job status, to include TIP, target
dates, notes in XactAnalysis, photographs and payments.
• Responsible for all EMS, TIP, target start/completion, documentation, contents
tracking, moisture mapper, photographs, 12-hour notes, etc.
• Assists in training new employees.
• Monitors and submits orders for materials and supplies as needed to be prepared for
any EMS opportunity.
• Clocks in and out in PJM for each project.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
