JOB SUMMARY
This job plays a vital role in the leadership and strategic execution of assigned enterprise talent practices, processes and programs. The incumbent will be a core subject matter expert and thought leader on attracting, retaining, developing, and mobilizing talent. Additionally, will bring internal and external knowledge to inform enterprise-wide talent strategy deployment that pushes towards world-class performance. Will be responsible for leading a team to execute on key enterprise-wide talent work, lead and influence without authority, and build a coalition of support and followership. Will partner extensively across HR Journeys, Operations, Businesses, and Functions.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity.Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority.
Responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational execution of assigned talent strategies in attracting, developing, engaging and retaining enterprise and/or diverse talent.
Responsible for the on-going management, implementation, and continuous improvement of assigned enterprise-wide core talent processes such as Performance Management, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and/orEngagement. Recognizes internal patterns across business and leverages data insights to recommend appropriate solutions. Proactively seek and incorporate Voice of the Customer into the design of core talent processes.
Strengthen organizational capability of developing & mobilizing talent.Foster a dynamic Talent Marketplace by aligning assigned talent strategies and programming with enterprise initiatives and other HR journeys to gain support and/or movement across the enterprise.
Provide consulting and coaching to leadership across the enterprise.
Oversee the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of key metrics and analytics to evaluate the performance of Enterprise Talent processes and programs.

EDUCATION
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Learning or related field
Substitutions
- 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
Preferred
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Learning or related field
EXPERIENCE
Required
7 years in Organizational Development or Talent Management
5 years in a leadership or management role
Preferred
- 5 years in Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry
LICENSES or CERTIFICATIONS

Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR)
Senior Professional Human Resources Certification (SPHR)
