JOB SUMMARY
This job is responsible for sale of new business opportunities and partnering with existing clients to grow current sales pipeline. The incumbent will manage the growth pipeline for enGen products and services (across the entire existing and future-state portfolio), while developing new market opportunities. The incumbent will also focus on developing overall sales targets and performance against the targets.
The Vice President, enGen Technology & Services Sales (reporting directly to the enGen CEO) will be responsible for profitably growing our client base through new and enhanced technology offerings in the market. The incumbent will focus on driving new sales through existing and new relationships in the industry aligned to our overall enGen strategic vision and goals.
The incumbent is accountable for growing the enGen portfolio across platform, products, and services, resulting in increased membership and increased subscription fees. The incumbent will design the sales strategy in conjunction with our strategic and financial goals across a full suite or individualized product opportunities. Services may include, but are not limited to full end-to-end payor platform, differentiated products, support and wrapper services, non-traditional growth avenues, and existing client portfolio.
The incumbent will have a proven track record of professional services (typically as a partner-level) at top technology, consulting, or other professional services firms. To succeed in this job, the incumbent will require a relentless focus on building relationships (internally and externally), creating a strong pipeline, closing sales, and partnering through implementation and on-going relationship management.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, develop, prioritize, and manage sales pipeline.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders for enGen services.
- Manage all aspects of sale including scoping, contracting, and pricing.
- Develop growth targets aligned to enGen strategic goals and measure / manage against targets.
- Partner with Strategy and Commercialization teams throughout the entire sales pipeline lifecycle aligned to our overarching enGen strategy.
- Partner with Strategy & Strategic Communication to develop and enhance go-to-market sales materials, product deep dives, and other market-facing collateral.
- Partner with Client Executives to help manage and navigate existing client pipeline and opportunities.
- Partner with cross-enterprise leadership teams to ensure alignment to products, processes, services, and technologies with other pipelines.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
EXPERIENCE
Required
- 10 years in Health / Technology industry
- 5 years in direct B2B sales leadership role
