Test Manager
HighPoint professionals focus on helping government agencies and companies implement their most critically strategic initiatives. The role of Test Manager contributes to HighPoint by developing test strategies, creating test plans, and overseeing the implementation and execution of test plans for testing and evaluating the program.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to manage and work effectively with diverse organizations and personalities to execute a successful test program.
- Ability to apply complex test methodologies and compensate for limitations and restrictions. Must have detailed familiarity with commercial test environments and operating procedures.
- Ability to develop overall test strategy to include objectives, methodologies, analysis, and schedules.
- Able to independently assess system performance against stated requirements.
- Ability to apply test discipline to design a thorough and executable test program.
- Ability to lead analysis efforts to dissect output data, interface with the client, and provide clear results and recommendations.
- Ability to work with Scrum Masters, Analysts, Testers, Technical Personnel, and Product Owners within a hybrid Scaled Agile Framework Environment (SAFE) to deliver all supporting suites/cases.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise a team of test specialists and manage complex, state-of-the-art test programs.
- Translate complex program requirements into testable objectives.
- Analyze and recommend test cycle, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives.
- Independently assess system performance against stated requirements.
- Lead analysis efforts to dissect output data, interface with the client, and provide clear results and recommendations.
EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Five years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or similar science degree
- Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
