The Facilities team manages the real estate needs of Hightower’s corporate, and Advisor leased office spaces across the country while providing a broad range of facilities management services to our diverse Advisor teams. We deliver quality customer service and support for each requirement.

What You’ll Do
We are seeking a successful Office Manager who is a multi-tasker at heart, with strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset that thrives in a fast-paced and evolving organization. Manage all services and equipment needs related to the office space
Own people manager responsibilities, including providing directions and oversight, delivering coaching, development, performance management, and making staffing decisions
Evaluate furniture, office layouts, and designs
Manage employee workspace hoteling and security systems for both office locations
Triage any office issues and deliver solutions in a timely manner
Assist the facilities project manager with onsite projects and coordination
Verify service vendors’ contracts and monitor vendor quality and performance
Responsible for two (2) midtown offices supporting the advisor and corporate staff
Coordinate and manage all event space requests for each building’s amenity space in conjunction with Hightower’s Marketing department and building representatives where necessary (i.e. reserving, setting up services, liaison with the building, etc.)
Support internal staff in both office locations – comfortable traveling between office locations daily as needed. Including covering the front desk and managing phones.
Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
Liaison with the building staff/landlord/management for any needs the company may require

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Relevant office management experience
Professional office demeanor, supporting high demand client interactions
MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Reporting experience
Working knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
Clear head and a good sense of humor
