COOLER/LOADOUT SUPERVISOR
Responsible for the supervision of 20 employee. Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and cleanliness of the crew. Must be effective in communication, verbal and writing as well working with numbers. Supervision process will include counting of loads product to verify accuracy, filling out paperwork and reporting results to upper management daily.
Responsible for proper rotation of all products in cooler.
Must be able to be a self-starter and work without direct supervision.
Must be able to work well with others and coordinate activities with other departments and supervisors.
Required to operate and be familiar with personal computers.
Required to climb, crawl, and walk upright as well as bent position to move in the back of trucks and throughout the cooler checking work for others.
Must be able to work in very hot ( 100 degrees) and very cool (32 degrees) environments throughout the plant.
Must be able to work outside in any conditions from time to time.
Must have previous experience in the perishable goods industry
Must have previous experience in a management or supervision capacity
Basic computer skills
Previous experience in a loadout (truck loading) and or shipping and receiving
