Job Description
Prairie Farms customer service team is responsible for providing extraordinary customer service through understanding, anticipating, and responding to the customer’s needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Actively enter orders via phone, email, and fax accurately.
- Screen and monitor orders for completeness and accuracy
- Assist customers with order inquiries, shipping information, pricing and other requested information.
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues
- Process customer billings, adjustments and credits on a daily basis
- Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff and customers, both internal and external.
Key Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer orientation.
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient ten key and typing skills
- Excellent organization, documentation, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work with others in a fast-paced mult-tasking environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to work fluently with email
- Excellent active listening skills
- Able to complete basic mathematics
- College degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service
