M&S Technologies, a division of Hilco Vision is searching for a Business Development Representative to join the team. The Business Development Representative will assist the sales managers at M&S Technologies in the day-to-day sales generation process. Tasks include but are not limited to following up with leads to further the sales process, communicate, demonstrate and sell M&S products and service via phone, email, and in-person to prospective and existing customers, as well as maintaining meaningful relationships with customers and the existing distribution network.

- You own your role and take responsibility for your output, following through, and understand that mistakes happen and can be learned from.
The Nitty Gritty:
- Owning the sales process from intaking and organizing leads, to closing out sales with customers
- Act as the go-to contact for sales managers to assist in generating quotes, inputting sales orders, and fielding calls and email regarding M&S products and services
- Follow-up with prospective and current customers to generate and exceed sales goals
- Attend trade shows and actively partner with Sales Managers to sell and follow up with
- Distribute leads to M&S Technologies’ dealer network
- Willing to travel up to 10% of time to tradeshows and potentially local customer facilities
