Hilco Vision is searching for a skilled sales representative to take a consultative approach with customers to understand their needs, recommend appropriate solutions to meet those needs and exceed all expectations. The Inside Sales Representative is a full cycle role which executes territory management best practices in order to achieve territory growth goals in support of Hilco Vision’s sales objectives.

The Nitty Gritty:
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas through consultative sales approach.
- Conduct outreach to customers within assigned territory in order to build relationships, retention, and drive profitable revenue growth.
- Prioritize activities based on sales opportunities and growth expectations within assigned territory.
- Grow the revenue from core customers within assigned territory, identify category expansion opportunities from core customers, and grow the number of core customers.
- Prospect and lead follow-up to ensure sales funnel health.
- Inform internal Hilco teams of customer needs in order to facilitate the discussion and process of developing new products and solutions.
- Document all stakeholder interactions and data in CRM in a way that fosters an understanding of our customers throughout the organization.
- Identify new prospects and markets that have a need for Hilco’s products and services.
