We are looking to add Volkswagen Brand Specialist to our family owned and operated dealership.
(Brand Specialist are experts and enthusiast in everything about our brand.)
We are in search of smart, driven, competitive individuals to join our sales team at the #1 Volume Volkswagen Dealer in Alabama. They will be responsible for prospecting, keeping up with new technologies, and delivering top notch customer service. Our new team member will need to have a team mentality, be energetic, and personable. They also need to have entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong work ethic to deliver and exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong relationship with their teammates and most importantly their clients.
Responsibilities (Including but not limited to:)
Individuals must:
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/pre-owned vehicles. (This may be in video format)
- Be willing to learn various features and external/internal characteristics of the product they are offering.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and referral business.
Requirements (Including but not limited to:)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of new and pre-owned auto brands.
- Comfortable with the use of technology, creating personalized videos for clients, ability to structure and send a proper email as well as have the ability to understand new technology.
- Valid driver license with a clean record.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Structure: Base Salary ($39,000) Performance - Based Commission (Up to $75,000)
- Full Time
- 5 Day Work Week - Always off Sundays
