Job Description

Hill International is seeking a Scheduler in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania

This is an exciting new, multi year project that will design and analyze the next generation radiological shipping container for the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program. The Naval Nuclear Laboratory develops advanced naval nuclear propulsion technology for the safety and reliability of our Navy’s submarine and aircraft fleet. Must have or be able to obtain L Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the SCR Project Manager, Unit Manager, and Advisor Engineers in project management and business support activities.
• Responsibilities may also include monitoring and maintaining schedules and reports, statusing and reporting schedule performance, SharePoint and folder management, technical research, or assisting engineers in completion of project tasks.
• May support engineering and business activities of the Reactor Servicing organization.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Scheduling or Planning
• Minimum four year degree in engineering/science, business, or project management, or another project related or technical field
• Must have or be able to obtain L Security Clearance
• Must be local or able to relocate near West Mifflin, PA. This will be a hybrid schedule.
• Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 or similar project management software experience
• Technical writing and reports experience
• Experience managing engineering projects
• Database development and management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
