Assistant Director of Nursing

Our Hillcrest Firethorn in Lincoln is actively seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team.  This will be a fast-paced, dynamic, Post-Acute Rehab/Long term care facility. This service line is part of the area's largest continuum provider of health care services to aging adults. As a leader in the industry, Hillcrest Millard will specialize in providing around-the-clock care for short-term rehabilitation following surgery, illness or injury.  Our priority is providing the best quality of care while ensuring our patients' experiences are defined as nothing short of 'awesome'.    The Assistant Director of Nursing supervises and evaluates team members, is part of the multidisciplinary team, and works with the patients and families to provide assistance from admission to discharge. This position will lead a professional team of career minded nurses to assure the highest quality of care is provided. The CCC will collaborate with members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team to plan, manage, and assess patient's treatments. Requirements for Assistant Director of Nursing: Demonstrates the ability to critically think, plan and organize. Serves as a coach and mentor to team members. Effectively leads their team and assists the department with problem-solving.
