Assistant Manager - Sales

Job Description-

Position Summary:

The purpose of the role is to design and implement the sales plan as per the function head and expand the company's customer base in the market

Work You'll Do:

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while beingfully aware of new products and competition status. Develop new business opportunities in multiple territories assigned for Injection Molding Machines.
• Keeping a track ofbusiness environment, technology trends, competitor product & strategy and generate in-roads for the Company into non-traditional / new market segments.
• Responsible asa Key Account Manager, Generating Business, Achieving AOP Targets, Reducing Discounts & Enhancing Profitability.
• Visiting Customers Regularly to ensure liaison & converting them into repeat customers, Developing New Customer Base, Reviving Dormant Customers & Conquest the competitors' customers andretention of existing customers
• Regaining of lost customers and support to Sales in getting business from new customers.
• Understanding the requirements of customers and ensure right Machines Sizing & selection.
• Ensuring the timely submission of quotation & keeping constant follow up to convert into the business.
• Monitoring and ensuring order Submission in Big Machines and process enhancement.
• Ensuring Timely Delivery of Machines & installation of machines along with Collection of Balance Payments for Machines

Team:

This position will be a part of Hyderabad region taking care of Sales activities for the assigned territories.

Basic Qualifications:

B.Tech in Mechanical or Plastics or Electronics & Communication or Electrical or Production Engineering.

5 to 6 Years of Experience of Sales in any Capital Goods or Industrial equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's in business administration shall be preferable.
