Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Repair Work: Diagnose and fix commercial cleaning equipment
- Documentation: Complete service reports and time sheets
- Training and Certification: Stay updated with necessary training and certifications
- Inventory Management: Keep track of parts inventory in the company vehicle for repairs.
- Communication: Update and communicate promptly to all
- Customer Interaction: Act as the main contact for customers
- Safety: Follow safety protocols, including proper equipment use and vehicle maintenance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Demonstrated mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting skills. Must have the ability to read, understand, and follow, electrical and parts diagrams.
- Must have the ability to use variety of basic electrical testing, diagnostic equipment.
