The Hilton Anatole in Dallas, TX is building their Marketing Department! They are looking to add a Marketing Manager to their team to focus on social media and a content! The ideal candidate will have 2 years marketing experience, creative, great personality, driven to succeed, great with content, great with copy writing, strong social media experience, great with keeping up with trends.
What Will I Be Doing?
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to promote revenue growth and generation in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. In addition, this position will play a major role in promoting the property’s online presence including the strategy for social media, review sites, and online travel agent sites. In this role you will be an expert at content creation and supporting the revenue goals through marketing the property’s outlets and services.
You would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Supporting the Director of Marketing in establishing and executing the property’s social media marketing strategy
- Design marketing collateral, including but not limited to: hotel renovation-related materials, food & beverage promotional materials including editing menus on a regular basis, wedding/catering promotion, ad creative and social media graphics
- Maintain online brand presence by curating new content, auditing and updating the websites (including brand.com and restaurant sites), and OTA site pages
- Own all social platforms for each hotel and F&B outlets (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Social media champion and curator of property-specific and F&B content (taking photos of food/drink, highlighting team members, newsworthy happenings related to expansion and local neighborhood)
- Plan and implement social calendar focused on creating engaging posts, curating user-generated content and growing audience.
- Engage and respond to all comments and messages on social media and travel review sites on a daily basis
- Coordinate blogger outreach and influencer stays
- Draft ad copy, determine imagery and assist with optimization of ad budget across OTA platform
- Support marketing ancillary outlets to generate transient/local market revenue
- Measure and report on results/impact of marketing strategies, optimizing where needed
- Cultivate and maintain strong, positive media relationships on a local level through personal contact, interactions at events, meetings and familiarization tours.
- Ability to execute photo and video shoots as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of marketing communication mediums to include but not limited to traditional, digital, and social channels
- Excellent written skills sufficient to produce internal/external sales and marketing communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different departments simultaneously to achieve deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Software/Program Skills/Knowledge: Asana, Sprinklr
- Proficiency in creative platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva (required)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel & Outlook)
- Social platforms and project-base
